Residential Doors
Real Fabrications Residential doors have an outer frame depth of 60mm-70mm section, are manufactured in a variety of styles and are available as a full panel door or a door with a panel/glass combination. All Real’s doors are internally glazed, either open-in or open-out, with an option of standard frame cill or medium/low threshold, suitable for wheeled traffic. Composite PVCu smooth skin or feature infill panels can be supplied in over 500 standard colours, with either standard or steel reinforced treated core. All Real Fabrications doors have fully welded midrails as standard. The option of curved or angled head and top rails, to suit design requirements, are an additional feature.
Composite Doors
All Real’s Composite doors are manufactured with either 60mm depth or 70mm depth outer frames. Supplied as 42mm - 46mm GRP, PVC-Polycarbonate or Steel Skinned Composites, they are available in a wide range of styles and over 500 standard finishes. All our doors are integrally glazed; either open-in or open-out, with a dedicated low threshold system, which meets the requirements of regional building regulations. The framing system is designed to accommodate single door sets, double door sets and either common mullion combined or coupled door sets. The glazing rebate accommodates unit thickness from 24mm up to 46mm, providing the facility for glass or like panels inserts.
In-Line Patio Doors
Real Fabrications In-Line Patio doors are manufactured from multi chambered profiles for greater thermal insulation, a specially developed extrusion. With a slim stepped 86mm outer frame for minimal plaster cutback, low line gaskets extruded to the sash frame for greater visible glass area, a stainless steel easy glide track system and concealed drainage with double wool piling for improved draft proofing. All Real’s doors are designed with excellent weather protection and heat conservation as standard.
Bi-Fold Doors
Real’s Bi-Fold doors (folding sliding doors) can complement any building of any age, giving it a whole new feel, whilst opening up panoramic views and bringing the warmth and light of the outside in. Increasingly popular, Bi-Folds can be chosen to match the style of any building and provide a smooth transition between rooms, or between indoor and outdoor spaces. With over 500 standard colours to choose from more and more people are choosing Bi-Fold doors, adding space, light, elegance and a special touch to their surroundings.
Casement Windows
Real Fabrication manufacture 2 size Casement windows 60-70mm section depth, integrated open out windows are available in a variety of single or multi-light styles, using top hung vents, side hung casements and fixed lights, either internally or externally glazed. With over 500 standard colours to choose from, all are fabricated to BS7412. Round head, circular or lancet windows can be manufactured depending on size, style or application.
Tilt and Turn Windows
Real’s Tilt and Turn windows have an all round locking system as standard, and are internally glazed, open-in, 60-70mm depth windows that provide high security and good weather tightness. The tilt before turn operation provides improved child safety and the ability to carry out internal and external maintenance and cleaning without risk, a vital consideration in high-rise applications. In the tilt mode the window offers secure ventilation, an important factor when used in ground floor installations. The option of curved or angled head and top rails, to suit design requirements, is an additional feature within our range.
Horizontal Pivot Windows
Real Fabrications 180° Horizontal Pivot is an internally beaded, 60-70mm frame depth window, that allows for easy and safe cleaning in all modern high rise and inaccessible locations. The pivoted window completely rotates and incorporates high security locking, child resistant safety catches as standard, combined with excellent security and weather tightness.
Fully Reversible Windows
All Real’s Fully Reversible windows are manufactured from 70mm depth profile, and are a internally beaded window, which allows easy, safe cleaning and general maintenance in high rise and inaccessible locations. All Real’s Fully Reversible windows can be completely rotated, without intruding into the room space. All our windows are fitted with high security locking and child resistant safety catches, combined with excellent weather tightness ensuring a quality window.

Curtain Wall System
Real Fabrications have developed a bespoke curtain wall system for new build and refurbishment projects. The system can accommodate the full range of 60mm and 70mm window and door systems, offering a wider choice of product and making individual glazed units simpler to replace. The new curtain wall system features a thermally broken aluminium frame, clad inside and out with durable PVCu. This flexible design can accommodate all Real Fabrication window systems in 60mm and 70mm and can be permanently coated to match any colour scheme required.
